Terms of Service

Gridiron LM is an analytics tool for dynasty fantasy football. It reads public data from Sleeper and open NFL data sources and turns it into player values, trade evaluations, rankings, and league insights.

It is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper, the NFL, the NFLPA, or any team.

Accounts use a sign-in link sent to your email address; there is no password. Anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one.

We may suspend or terminate an account that abuses the service, attempts to disrupt it, or uses it unlawfully.

Gridiron LM is free to use. There is no subscription, no trial, and we do not ask for payment details.

If a paid plan is introduced later, the terms covering billing, renewals and refunds will be published here first, and no existing user will be charged without agreeing to them.

Player values, trade grades, power rankings, and every other number on this site are estimates produced by our own model from historical production, age, draft capital, and real trade activity. They are opinions, not facts, and they will sometimes be wrong.

Use them as one input into your own judgment. Gridiron LM does not guarantee any outcome in your league, and it isn't a betting, gambling, or investment service. Decisions you make with this information are your own.

Please don't:

• scrape, bulk-download, or resell the site's data or values;
• attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' accounts;
• use the service to break the law or to violate Sleeper's or any data source's terms.

The site, its design, and its value model belong to Gridiron LM. Underlying NFL and league data belongs to its respective sources and is used under their licenses — see Credits. You keep ownership of anything you send us.

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We depend on third-party data sources that can change, break, or go away, and we don't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Current job status is published at /status.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gridiron LM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
